Here are six compelling reasons why you should schedule your MRI with us.
We deliver superior image quality. The GE LX 1.5 short-bore MRI system is the same type of system used by leading hospitals in our region. Our system offers an important advantage, however. It's a newer unit, which means it has newer coils. And coils, more than anything else, affect image clarity and quality of scans.
We have the technical expertise. Our technologist, Don Trapp, has more than 15 years of experience in MRI scanning. That's saying something, considering that the technology has only been around for about 20 years. Don is certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) to perform MRI scans.
You'll have a shorter wait to get in. We can schedule you for your MRI within five days or less. That's one-half to one-third the time patients typically have to wait for MRIs at other providers. Of course the sooner you have your MRI, the sooner your doctor will have the scans to use for the diagnosis and treatment of your case.
We'll work around your schedule. We provide MRI services Monday through Friday during daytime hours that accommodate the majority of our patients. At the same time, we realize those hours won't work for everyone. If you need an evening or weekend appointment, we will gladly schedule one at at time most convenient for you. That's the kind of flexibility other MRI service providers just don't offer.
You'll be in and out in no time. Our MRI process takes less time than it does at hospital-based service providers. That's because there's no need for pre-registration. In most cases, when you have your MRI with us, you're looking at just 30 to 45 minutes from start to finish.
We're easy to find. Why fight for a parking spot and wander through a maze of hallways and labs to have your MRI done? The entire MRI process - from registration to scanning - is all done in a single, convenient location. For patient convenience, our facility has a covered drop-off area, and free parking is available right near the entrance.
